POINT: During this text romeo was faced with many major decisions but this was a decision that could have changed the hole play.

EXAMPLE: At the end of act 1, scene 2 peter a capulet servant is searching out quests to the capulet’s party. When Romeo and Benvolio turn up on the streets they meet Peter. Peter greets them then shows Romeo the list of people invited to this party. Remoe is then asked by peter to come along to the capulet’s feast. he says, “if you be not of the house of montagues, i pray, come and crush a cup of wine. rest your merry.” Romeo thinks about the offering to give an answer. he replies with, “i’ll go along, no such sight to be shown, but to rejoice in splendour of my own.

EXPLAIN: When Romeo makes this decision he has not thought of the consequences. accepting this invite could result to getting court by Tybalt or Capulet but he has taken the risk. when him and his Montagues turn up he wonders if he should have come. inside of the party Tybalt recognizes the the voice of a montague and acuzes to capulet that Romeo is here. But capulet just leaves him. Romeo going to this party ends up changing the hole play.
